Job summary

Rondo Energy, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to lead development, optimization, and scale-up of assembly processes for our modular thermal battery system.

You will partner with design, supply chain, and field deployment teams to build robust, data-driven manufacturing processes that deliver quality, cost, and throughput in a fast-paced environment. You will work on Design for Manufacturing guidance, drive new process implementations, and own tooling, documentation, and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5–8 years’ experience in developing manufacturing processes.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record with full lifecycle equipment projects.
• Strong problem-solving and DFM/DFA input.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the assembly process from prototype to scaled production.
• Build virtual process models using flow software and simulation tools.
• Lead data-driven production processes using IoT, SPC, and analytics.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing, and manufacturing to scale production.
