ITW Welding in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead across facilities, manufacturing engineering, and quality. You will drive safety, uptime, process capability, and product quality by applying ITW Toolbox principles and aligning technical resources with business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience across manufacturing engineering, quality, or facilities.
• Experience leading leaders with direct reports preferred.
• Change agent with proven ability to drive workflow improvements in ITW model.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional improvements with analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes strategic priorities across facilities, manufacturing engineering, and quality to improve safety, uptime, and product quality.
• Leads and develops a team of technical leaders with clear performance expectations.
• Owns capital project scoping, prioritization, and justification in partnership with the Operations Director.
• Drives root-cause problem solving for chronic process and quality issues across functions.
• Ensures shared, standardized manufacturing engineering support across IE&A operations.
• Aligns quality engineering with manufacturing needs.
• Hires, develops, and retains a diverse technical team with succession planning.
• Communicates plans, priorities, and progress to employees and stakeholders.
• Fosters accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
