Qualifications

• College degree in a technical curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing capital projects involving new machines, automation, or facility infrastructure.
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, PFMEA, and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers for capital equipment and facility readiness projects.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and production readiness targets.
• Review capacity assumptions, equipment cycle times, labor needs, and bottlenecks to confirm output.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, urgency, and data-driven decision making.
• Develop project managers through coaching and stretch assignments.
