• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering supporting precision manufacturing or engineered assemblies.
• Experience supervising technical personnel or leading engineering projects.
• Knowledge of process development, tooling, work instructions, and problem solving.
• Ability to balance immediate production support with longer-term improvement projects.

Aufgaben

• Prioritize and coordinate the engineering team’s workload to support production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing methods, routings, and fixtures.
• Lead transition of new/revised products into repeatable processes with documentation.
• Provide technical support for production issues and coordinate root cause analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements in cycle time, yield, scrap, and rework.
• Collaborate with design to review manufacturability before product release.
• Support equipment selection, capital justification, installation, and validation.
• Coach engineers and technicians; maintain process documentation and safety standards.
