Job summary

RNInk seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Leader to supervise and advance production readiness, process reliability, quality, and throughput in Buffalo, NY. You will combine team leadership with direct involvement in process development, tooling, work instructions, and day-to-day problem solving.

You will direct a team to optimize methods, routings, fixtures, and documentation, while guiding the transition of new or revised products into repeatable production.

Qualifications

• . Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• . Manufacturing engineering experience supporting precision manufacturing or engineered assembly operations.
• . Experience supervising technical personnel or leading engineering projects and cross-functional improvement teams.
• . Knowledge of process development, tooling, work instructions, engineering drawings, and structured problem solving.
• . Ability to balance immediate production support with longer-term improvement projects and employee development.
