Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead all ship disciplines through detail planning, converting EBOM to MBOM, and building the MES-based manufacturing plan for the first ship program at Port Alpha.
This hands-on role will evolve into broader leadership of the manufacturing engineering team. The ideal candidate brings significant shipyard manufacturing experience, MBOM/MES expertise, and proven leadership to align planning with the master schedule and
Qualifications
- Significant hands-on experience in shipyard manufacturing or production engineering.
- Direct experience building or maintaining a Manufacturing Bill of Material from an Engineering Bill of Material.
- Experience planning production work inside an MES or equivalent system.
- Prior experience leading or managing an engineering or planning team.
- Strong understanding of how a ship is built and how disciplines interlock at each station.
Responsabilités
- EBOM-to-MBOM Conversion & MES Planning.
- Own MBOM for the first ship program at Port Alpha.
- Build manufacturing plan in MES including routers, work centers, sequencing.
- Own Manufacturing Plan as the source of truth for discipline planners.
