Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead all ship disciplines and translate designs into a buildable plan at Port Alpha.

The role is hands-on initially, owning the EBOM-to-MBOM conversion and building the MES-based manufacturing plan for the first ship program. As the program matures, you will lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team, ensure plans reflect yard capability, align with the master schedule, and drive production support and risk management

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in shipyard manufacturing engineering or production engineering.
