Modine Manufacturing Company seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Lead to drive technical readiness and scalable processes for new plant launches in the United States. You will lead cross-functional PMO workstreams, deploy to sites for equipment installation, validation, and layout optimization, and push for automation and digital tooling integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field; 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, process development, or plant launches.
• Experience with equipment commissioning, process validation, and layout design.
• Strong automation, digital manufacturing tools, and lean principles.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel to plant sites as needed to support deployment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AME workstream lead on cross-functional programs within PMO planning and execution.
• Deploy to plant sites to support equipment installation, process validation, and layout optimization.
• Partner with PMO teams to ensure manufacturing engineering deliverables align with timelines and launch goals.
• Lead efforts to integrate automation, digital tools, and advanced technologies into new manufacturing lines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new products.
• Support the development of standard work, process documentation, and training materials.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during launch phases, escalating risks as needed.
• Provide feedback to the Manufacturing Excellence Director and PMO leadership on technical readiness and improvement opportunities.
