Job summary

Diamond Foundry Inc. in Fremont is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to bridge Engineering and Production, turning processes and tooling into stable, repeatable operations on the floor.

You will lead a small team, own the SOP and traveler library, and be accountable for yield tracking and data-driven improvement. This hands-on leadership role balances shopfloor credibility with engineering review. This position will work out of our Fremont location, and it’ll be Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing engineering teams.
• Ability to track and act on yield data.
• Proven skills in turning engineering outputs into repeatable manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the handoff between Engineering and Production and convert processes into stable operations.
• Lead a small team of engineering technicians and manage SOPs and traveler library.
• Ensure yield tracking and data-driven improvement drive manufacturing performance.
