Interns will work with the Manufacturing Engineering team to develop, implement, maintain, and improve fabrication and assembly processes. This role reports to the Manager - Manufacturing Engineering and involves cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a STEM degree (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred) and returning to school full-time after the internship.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required.
• Emotional intelligence and resilience are important for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining and improving manufacturing processes in collaboration with Product Engineering, Facilities, Quality Assurance, and Assembly.
• Create and reformat process documentation and update assembly process documentation as changes occur.
• Analyze work stations for safety, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Support the Manufacturing Engineering team with ongoing projects and data analysis.
