Responsibilities

• Support new programs and products through production to meet cost, delivery, and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.
• Identify tools and fixtures required to manufacture the product.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop or create new equipment for improved productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Document processes and manage changes.
• Apply Lean to set up and improve work cell.
