Job summary

Ralliant invites you to join as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Boxborough, MA. You will support manufacturing engineering and operations teams, applying engineering fundamentals to processes, equipment, workflows, and data while gaining practical experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering with 3.0+ GPA.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2026–Spring 2028.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply lean manufacturing methods to support continuous improvement events.
• Assist with standard work, time studies, observations, and line balancing.
• Collect, organize, and analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help design or improve fixtures, tooling, gauges, and material flow on the floor.
• Prepare project updates and present findings to engineering and operations leaders.
