Job summary

Lycoming Engines is seeking a 2027 Intern - Manufacturing Engineer to join the Williamsport, PA site. The role involves assisting the manufacturing engineering, tool design, and tool room teams on ongoing projects, and supporting the shop floor including production supervision.

On-site internship with Textron family. Applicants are pursuing a BS or MS in an accredited engineering program, with strong MS Word/Excel skills and familiarity with PowerPoint and Access.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with PowerPoint and Access.
• Familiarity with machining, CNC programming, and manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineering, tool design, and tool room teams on ongoing or new projects.
• Support the shop floor including production supervision.
