Participants may be offered additional internships or a path into an Operations Leadership Development Program after graduation, with exposure to senior leadership and project-specific training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Previous internships/co-ops in manufacturing.
• Willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Engage in safety leadership and process improvement projects.
• Work on product improvement and productivity gains.
• Identify waste elimination and TPM initiatives.
• Troubleshoot designs, materials, or processes using data-driven decisions.
