You will work with engineers, technicians, and cross‑functional teams on real manufacturing projects aimed at process optimization, yield improvement, and operational efficiency.

This internship offers hands‑on experience with data analytics, Power BI dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., IE, ME, EE, Manufacturing, Chemical, Materials Science, CE)
• Sophomore standing or above.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in process improvement, yield enhancement, and productivity projects.
• Analyze manufacturing and equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean principles.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
• Collect and analyze data related to process capability, throughput, cycle time, quality, and equipment performance.
• Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership.
