You will work with engineers, technicians, and other teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support projects that impact factory performance. The internship emphasizes hands‑on learning, practical tooling, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• Sophomore standing or above.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Engineers in process improvement and productivity projects.
• Analyze manufacturing and equipment data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate progress.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation and procedures.
• Support qualifications, equipment evaluations, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement improvements.
