Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., IE, ME, EE, Manufacturing, Chemical, Materials Science, CE)
  • Sophomore standing or above.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support Manufacturing Engineers in process improvement, yield enhancement, and productivity projects.
  • Analyze manufacturing and equipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate project progress and results.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities using Lean principles.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data related to process capability, throughput, cycle time, quality, and equipment performance.
  • Present project findings and recommendations to engineering and site leadership.
