Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for the Manufacturing Engineering Group in Harahan, Louisiana. The MEG Supervisor will lead technical teams, coordinate resources, and drive project execution with cross-functional partners.

This role will own execution, resource coordination, team development, and operational follow-through to deliver robust solutions. The successful candidate will develop functional leads, mentor staff, and collaborate with Manufacturing and NPD to improve

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in team leadership, project execution, or supervision in a technical/manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for Factory Acceptance Testing and related activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution across assigned technical workstreams with balanced workloads and follow-through.
• Maintain visibility to team capacity, priorities, risks, and constraints.
• Align engineering execution and resources with project strategy and cross-functional dependencies.
• Translate department priorities into actionable plans and measurable progress.
• Develop functional leads and subject matter experts to strengthen technical depth and coordination.
• Partner with Manufacturing and NPD to improve capability, safety, quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Coach and develop team members within the Continuous Improvement program.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, development planning, bench-strength building, and compensation decisions.
• Communicate progress, priorities, risks, and resource needs to leadership and stakeholders.
