Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. seeks an Industrial Electrical Design Supervisor to lead the electrical design team within the Intralox Equipment Product Team.

You will oversee the creation and improvement of electrical controls, 3D control panel layouts, bills of materials, and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality designs across projects. The role requires strong leadership, at least 5 years in industrial electrical controls design, and proficiency with CAD tools and BOM development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial electrical controls design.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to execute a vision with a team.
• Proficiency designing industrial control systems including BOMs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design team for equipment products.
• Oversee development of reusable design packages (3D layouts, BOMs, schematics).
• Ensure standard electrical designs are clearly documented for future use.
• Support team development and collaboration across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement of CAD tools, methods, and processes.
