Job summary

Intralox is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineering Supervisor to lead a team responsible for controls design and electrical systems for material handling equipment. You will ensure on-time, complete deliverables and collaborate with sales, product management, and QA to drive improvements.

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years in industrial controls, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with PLCs and panel design. Onsite in Hanover, MD with travel.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in industrial electrical and controls design.
• Proficient in BOM, schematics, control panels and fabrication for manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across multiple teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage rollout of material handling equipment with or without controls package.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of customer-facing documentation and modifications to core-product controls platforms.
• Lead an Electrical and Automation Controls Engineering team and provide support during installations and commissioning.
• Set visions and goals; drive continuous improvement across project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Product Engineering and QA to improve products.
