Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate time, attendance, productivity data using UKG (Kronos) and Oracle.
• Investigate discrepancies, determine root causes, coordinate timely corrections.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute KPI reports using Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Monitor data trends to identify patterns, inaccuracies, and risks.
• Provide leadership with timely, accurate, actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Serve as a central point of contact between Assembly Operations and HR, IT, Purchasing, and Facilities.
