Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a GTO Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op in Cornelia, GA, for Summer 2027. The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with multiple rotations and eight vacancies.

Housing support is available based on eligibility, providing hands-on experience in adhesives, resins, and needle manufacturing within Ethicon Global Tech Ops. The program emphasizes problem solving, documentation, teamwork, and leadership while exposing students to real manufacturing environments

Qualifications

• Incomplete undergraduate year required (Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year).
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in related engineering fields.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Participate in problem solving efforts by analysis and correction of chemical, electrical, and mechanical operating problems to maintain or improve existing site operations.
• Good documentation practices, including writing test protocols, generating final reports, and documenting meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers and mentors to implement continuous improvement projects.
• Deliver end of semester presentations to showcase work to site management and participate in J&J Credo volunteer activities across the site.
