Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• SolidWorks or AutoCAD familiarity.
• Experience with data analysis and Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to review tolerancing on released assembly drawings using SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design Engineering, and Production to ensure engineering changes are vetted and documented.
• Support process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing/process data with Minitab, Excel, and other tools.
• Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flow Diagrams, and related documentation.
• Assist with maintenance, calibration, and optimization of manufacturing equipment.
• Work with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Production, and R&D to meet business goals.
