• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to the worksite.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a hands-on Continuous Improvement project using the DMAIC methodology.
• Conduct time studies and waste evaluations across production lines to identify inefficiencies.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing tools such as spaghetti diagrams, line balancing, 7 wastes analysis, Kaizen events, 5S audits, standard work documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across factory departments to drive improvements.
• Prepare and deliver weekly presentations to site management reporting progress, findings and recommendations.
• Engage in change management by challenging the status quo and implementing sustainable changes.
• Document project milestones, data analysis, and solutions to support long-term operational excellence.
