Qualifications

• Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Mechanical Engineering or related degree.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Available to work at least 25 hours per week year-round.
• Authorized to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process engineering activities in assigned manufacturing area(s).
• Manage engineering changes as they occur.
• Troubleshoot daily production problems using root cause analysis.
• Maintain quality and process documentation (control plans, PFMEAs, etc.).
• Perform tolerance stack-ups to aid tooling design.
• Develop and maintain program-tracking documentation.
• Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
