Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited engineering program pursuing a degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Paper Science/Engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Commit to a full-time schedule for the co-op term.
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering fundamentals to real‑world manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze operational data and present findings to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, EHS, and engineering teams.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and project work.
