Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide technical guidance and timely problem resolution to production floor operators.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers on technical tasks.
• Produce engineering documentation, reports, and operation procedures.
• Review and adjudicate EODIs and floor support requests.
• Update work instructions based on drawings and models before release.
• Assist in lean initiatives and process improvement activities.
• Support machine setup and maintenance in the Wire Cut area.
