Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer & Technician to support and enhance manufacturing operations at our production facility. The role focuses on process improvement, lean methods, and workforce optimization through data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Materials, and Operations to implement process improvements, support new product launches, improve safety and ergonomics, and drive operational excellence across the value

Qualifications

• Associate/technical/bachelor degree in a manufacturing engineering field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support new process trials and provide engineering support for production operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain optimal manufacturing methods, standards, tooling, and equipment.
• Evaluate processes to improve safety, ergonomics, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Lean Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with Materials and Operations to optimize material flow and inventory through Lean principles.
• Coordinate new products, engineering changes, and process modifications for production readiness.
