Responsibilities

• Supports Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities throughout the facility.
• Provides technical support for second‑shift operations and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Assists in process improvement initiatives, equipment troubleshooting, tooling and fixture support, and manufacturing documentation updates.
• Maintains accurate manufacturing and engineering documentation.
• Supports implementation of engineering changes and process updates.
