Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required with an associate degree in a technical discipline.
Experience in manufacturing or machine operation is acceptable.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Assist installation and qualification of systems to improve throughput and yield.
Support pilot-line equipment and transition to standard production processes.
Troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues and implement process improvements.
Provide training and maintain internal documentation and SOPs.
Dispositon of non-conforming product according to criteria; maintain safety standards.
