What You'll Get to Do

The Manufacturing Engineer Tech II is focused on supervising employees and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is detailed, organized, and a self-starter. A vital member of the Manufacturing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• This role is the facilitation link between plant engineering, production management and production personnel driving desired process change to successful completion.
• Provide support to management and production in day-to-day operations through troubleshooting equipment, quality, and safety departmental concerns.
• Review assigned project objectives, design and implement finish product (tooling, fixturing, process equipment modification) that meets and exceeds internal customer requests.
• Complete documentation of process/equipment change to ensure compliance with all OBE standards.
• Work closely with plant engineering to scope, cost, and implement capital projects.
• Assist with plant engineering or maintenance on projects involving process control, hydraulics, pneumatics, programmable controllers, compressors, and construction.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR equivalent work experience
• Strong computer skills - high level of proficiency with AutoCAD, Inventor, & MS Office – their related functions & application.
• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience in problem-solving.
