We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team in York, PA. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes for CNC manufacturing operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of CNC machined parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues in real-time.
• Analyze data and generate reports on quality metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation, including work instructions and procedures.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to enhance product quality.
