Job summary

Telamon Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize equipment assembly processes for telecommunications equipment shelter builds. You will partner with engineering and operations to scale production, improve efficiency, and ensure quality across the facility.

The role emphasizes leading configuration turnups, developing work instructions, and collaborating across functions to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing engineering or related roles.
• Experience designing assembly workflows, work instructions and procedures.
• Experience with startup or facility ramp environments and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes from the ground up.
• Lead the turnup of new shelter configurations and validate builds.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
• Monitor build times, throughput and drive corrective actions.
• Develop documentation, work instructions and quality standards.
