Job summary

Telamon is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize assembly processes for telecommunications equipment shelters in a startup-scale facility. You will partner with engineering and operations to develop workflows, establish standards, and drive continuous improvements that impact throughput and quality.

You will lead new shelter configuration turnup, coordinate with supply chain, and mentor production teams while translating designs into practical, repeatable manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing/engineering field required or equivalent.
• Experience designing and optimizing assembly processes in a startup or ramp environment.
• Ability to translate engineering drawings and BOMs into manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes from the ground up.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action efforts for production issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and supply chain to launch configurations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, standard times, and process documentation.
• Mentor production teams on procedures, quality standards, and lean methods.
