Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD software and ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes and plant layouts.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence efforts.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Support new product introductions and production readiness.
• Investigate issues and implement CAPA actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality and safety concerns.
• Evaluate equipment, tooling, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in capital projects from selection to validation.
• Monitor KPIs and drive throughput and utilization.
