Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join its team in Georgia. The role focuses on developing SOPs, evaluating designs, and solving production problems to maintain high quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading assembler training, ensuring concurrent engineering practices, and preparing prototypes as needed. A degree in engineering and 1–3 years of experience are required, with MRP experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields.
• 1-3 years' experience.
• Excellent time management, problem prevention and solving skills.
• MRP Systems experience preferred.
• Experience in metal fabrication, welding and topcoat applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Development of engineering SOP's using manufacturing engineering practices.
• Participate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviews.
• Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specs, and other documents.
• Design and procure tools/equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and solve production problems.
• Lead training of assemblers to improve and introduce new processes.
• Prepare/manufacture prototypes as required utilizing the principals of concurrent engineering.
