Job summary

Antora Energy, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own current line performance and drive continuous improvement. You will develop Gen2 station processes, support the new gigafactory through design-to-commissioning, and transfer proven methods to the onsite team.

Travel for launch/commissioning is expected. Ideal candidates have a manufacturing engineering background, PFMEA/lean experience, and strong CAD skills (SolidWorks).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in production.
• PFMEA and lean manufacturing experience.
• Experience commissioning equipment and bringing lines to production.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Own current production line performance: rate, yield, stability.
• Develop station-level processes for Gen2 line.
• Support new gigafactory development, commissioning, transfer to site.
• Promote safety and teamwork.
