Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• ≥5 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Experience with sheet metal manufacturing: stamping, forming, rolling, cutting, assembly.
• Experience supporting or leading SAP ERP manufacturing implementations and validating BOMs/routings/work centers.
• Quality assurance and root cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, productivity and cost.
• Support SAP ERP implementation and maintain master data including BOMs, routings, and work centers.
• Develop manufacturing plans, process routings, work instructions, and production docs for NPD.
• Lead cross-functional teams and present updates to leadership.
• Lead Lean initiatives and continuous improvement to reduce waste.
• Coordinate production trials and first article builds.
