Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-volume hourly recruiting for a major manufacturing facility. You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner with operations and HR leaders, and build talent pipelines to support production goals.

You will leverage analytics to optimize hiring outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead process improvements to enhance candidate experience and recruiter productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in manufacturing/high-volume environments.
• Experience using metrics, analytics, and reporting to improve hiring processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for staffing decisions.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and operations leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly manufacturing roles.
• Partner with operations and HR to forecast staffing needs and craft recruiting strategies.
• Manage job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Build proactive pipelines for manufacturing, trades, maintenance and other critical roles.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and labor market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to monitor results and drive accountability.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment best practices.
