You’ll collaborate with Production, CI, Maintenance and Engineering to identify issues, develop practical solutions, and drive sustained improvements on KPI metrics.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Self-starter who can work independently and on a team; project management experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day operations.
• Work with Production, CI, Maintenance and Engineering to drive KPI improvements.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain a strong presence on the manufacturing floor and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Coordinate design, development and validation of processes and improvements.
