SourcePro Search, LLC assists a leading architectural wood door producer in Menasha, WI to fill a Manufacturing Engineer role. This hands-on position reports to the Automation Engineering Manager and emphasizes solving floor-level manufacturing problems.

You will drive process improvements, partner with Production, Continuous Improvement, Maintenance and Engineering teams, and develop practical solutions that sustain gains. Relocation is offered for a strong candidate.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a custom assembly operation.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.

Responsabilités

• Solve hands-on manufacturing problems to improve day-to-day performance while collaborating with Production, CI, Maintenance and Engineering.
• Drive process improvement to meet KPIs.
• Develop practical solutions and ensure improvements are implemented and sustained.
• Maintain strong manufacturing floor presence and work with operators, supervisors and leadership to resolve issues.
• Serve as escalation resource for deeper process analysis and technical problem solving.
• Coordinate planning, design, and validation of manufacturing processes and improvements.
