Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Experience with data-driven decision making in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Balance line throughput and minimize downtime through standardization.
• Monitor machine performance to maximize utilization and reduce scrap.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities via process improvements.
• Develop production tooling and jigs for manufacturing lines.
• Coordinate line reconfigurations and equipment moves with teams.
• Lead root cause analyses using 5 Why, Fishbone, and DMAIC.
• Train operators on equipment and processes; maintain SOPs.
• Ensure safety, ESD, and quality standards are met.
