Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions, improve safety, and implement waste-reducing processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with ISO manufacturing regulations and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute process development and equipment troubleshooting.
• Balance production lines and design layouts for launches.
• Improve quality, reduce waste, and drive cost reductions.
