Shape Corp. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve equipment, processes, and systems through lean practices and sound engineering methods. You will troubleshoot and lead continuous improvement, focusing on cost-effective, data-supported solutions.

Responsibilities include applying VSM/MIFC tools, planning layouts, and driving safety and quality in daily activities. You will collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver robust manufacturing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing principles in production environments.
• Ability to lead mid-sized projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lean Manufacturing Principles.
• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
• Ensure safety in process design and daily activities.
• Utilize VSM and MIFC to drive process improvements.
• Plan and analyze workflow, space, and equipment layout.
• Prepare cost justifications with ROI and drive cost-effective solutions.
• Lead launch and maturation of new processes and products.
