Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a motivated Multi-Functional Manufacturing Engineer based in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you'll lead initiatives to drive out losses through standards and system development, while supporting daily production activities.

We require at least 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers an array of competitive benefits including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 0 years with Master’s; or High School Diploma and 6 years experience.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance.
• Basic understanding of process documentation and workflow definition.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Work with team members on integration of new and existing processes.
• Create and update work instructions and product travelers.
