Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline is required.
• Proficiency with CAD software and 3D modeling is required.
• Ability to read drawings including GD&T and tolerancing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement value engineering projects to cut costs and waste.
• Create proposals and financial docs for improvement opportunities.
• Analyze costs and advise outsourcing vs internal capability changes.
• Ensure timely completion of projects per defined specs and quality.
• Troubleshoot problems using data analytics and statistics.
• Support New Product Development and product redesign efforts.
• Prototype and estimate tooling, equipment, and costs.
• Lead DFm reviews and FMEA teams; document processes and work instructions.
• Train team on new equipment and processes.
