Job summary

The engineer will translate customer requirements into detailed specifications, supervise project teams, and support manufacturing with DFMEA, DFM, and design validation activities.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering.
• 5 years progressive product engineering experience.
• SolidWorks experience; FEA proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development and product improvements.
• Evaluate customer requirements with the Product Manager and coordinate with the project team.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-functional project teams and oversee design validation.
• Perform strength calculations and CAD modeling; ensure design for manufacturability.
• Review compliance for custom products and support manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate and execute design reviews, DFMEA, and field testing oversight.
