• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and enabling technologies.
• Proficiency with CAD and core engineering tools.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to drive productivity and quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve production challenges.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Apply lean principles to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Support new product and technology introductions into manufacturing.
• Conduct regular process audits to ensure standards compliance.
• Train and coach production staff on new methods and equipment.
