CNH Industrial Group in Goodfield, Illinois, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to support our Paint/Assembly operations. You will help ensure the paint system performs optimally and improve manufacturing efficiency while safeguarding quality and safety.

You will analyze processes, lead cost-reduction projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new technologies and equipment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of assembly manufacturing engineering experience.
• 1] 5+ years’ experience with Powder Coat paint systems and paint system performance monitoring with corrective action.
• 3+ years project management or shop leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Paint system performance and painted part quality; troubleshoot issues and implement corrective action.
