Job summary

Marvel Refrigeration, part of Composition Brands including U-Line and Viking Refrigeration, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer in Greenville, Michigan. Qualifications

• B.S. degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced assembly or production environment.
• Project oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands on with ability to function in an assembly environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• 3D CAD modeling capabilities, SolidWorks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives supporting production, process improvement, and operational excellence across the facility.
• Direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of standardized work instructions, manufacturing documentation, and process controls.
• Lead training coordination with Quality, Engineering, and Operations for workforce development.
• Serve as the manufacturing lead for new product introductions, ECNs, and product launches.
• Evaluate processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee fabrication equipment transitions, installations, validation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with Plant Leadership, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve challenges.
